Has anyone seen this episode?

It seems like Rob was mentioned on Family Guy... looking a lil Luke Perry.  Just me?

No clue as to why he's under the sea though.  I'd flip my fins if I were Ariel, seafood is no mountain lion but most certainly must be free game.
