Don't take the "what the f is inner beauty" thing literally. She goes on to say she knows what people want to hear. It's one of those questions that can make you come off as a tool.
Doesn't she say "I've never really gone out with someone who I haven't found attractive initially." - meaning she's always been attracted physically to the guys she's dated at first. =/
She says, "I’ve never really gone out with someone who I found attractive… initially" which means she finds them attractive eventually but not at first, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that. It's true, as you fall for someone, they become more attractive to you.
Yeah, I'm completely aware that as you fall for someone they become more attractive to you and the whole beauty is in the eye of the beholder etc. I just couldn't make out what she said clearly. =P
