Though the tag line redeems it a little, that hair is just plain photoshopped ;)

I agree, however. I think they are trying to give away as little as possible. We all knew almost everything about New Moon before we saw it. And I think this time they are trying to avoid the same situation. So as far as that goes, the poster gives us NOTHING. That's probably why we're so disapionted, b/c we get nothing from it. Right?

this looks just like new moon. I really hope the next movie isnt just like new moon. I want to see a poster with jacob and Edward coming head to head, cause that is what this movie is all about.
ReplyDeleteI agree. I think there should have been evidence of some action for the promo poster. But Rachel is probably right, I'm sure they're trying to do things a little differently: not giving too much away this time 'round. Bella looks gorgeous but Edward should NEVER be far in the back of ANY poster.. just saying.

ReplyDeleteI'm not crazy about the placement of the title in the poster. They could have brought it down a little more. I know, I'm being picky, but it doesn't take a photoshop genius to figure this one out. Just sayin' :)

I think we are disappointed because it's so plain ... I mean this is suppose to be the 3rd installment ... it's suppose to be getting better and better. I'm kind of sad that Edward is wearing a jean jacket ... that's kind of weird. And they are all just kinda stiff, standing there, expressionless. Also, it bugs me that Bella is covering half of Edwards body. It just looks cheap.
ReplyDeleteme and my husband love it! its bella in the front cause its all about her choice. yeah, edward needs to lighten up, but we love our broodening vamp cause well, that's what he does so well. jacob...well, he's jacob. so long as he just stands there, its all good. again, its just a teaser poster. we have like 98 days till the movie comes out. it shows that the movie is gonna be darker. all in all...its good. i like how we aren't be bombarded like we were with new moon. new moon gave way too much away. granted, i saw it all...i like how there is so much secrecy to this one.
ReplyDeleteummm Robward in a jean jacket is always win. thats all I'm sayin. and I don't care if her hair is photoshopped, it looks awesome. I do wish Edward had a little smirk on his face, like "yea, she's mine. no contest."
