More Baby RPattz Photos from Life&Style

In addition to the pics revealed during ET's preview, see the whole batch of Baby RPattz photos posted on Lion_lamb LJ. (Looks like they're tagged by Lion & Lamb Love, but I can't find the original source link to credit properly.)

P.S. I wonder if Life & Style actually had permission to release these private photos. Some of them seem quite personal, like the ones with his mom that I chose not to post here.

RPattz giggles upon seeing fans as he leaves New Moon set

RobPattzNews shares Watermelon04's pics of Rob early this morning as he was leaving Bella's house.

I only know who these people are because of Goddess Stephenie Meyer

Before Stephenie Meyer's endorsement of Emily Browning and Henry Cavill as her preferred Ella and Bedward, I'd never heard of either of these people - and they'd never heard of Twilight. Also, by the time I lost my TwiVirginity, KStew had already won the role of Bella.

However, some of you may care to know how this Emily-person didn't become Bella:

Browning is eager to finally tell her side of the "Twilight" tale. "Maybe I should set it straight a little bit, because there are so many rumors flying around," she said. "People are coming up to me and saying, 'Oh, my God. You turned ['Twilight'] down?' and all this horrible stuff!

"What actually happened is that I was asked to audition — not take the part, but to just audition — shortly after 'The Uninvited' had finished filming," the actress said. "And I'm not the type of person who can just work back-to-back. So I was just exhausted, and I was like, 'I'm sorry, but I just can't sign on to a trilogy right now.'"

Don't Mess With Peetah

Pillowbiters let me know that Peter Facinelli has a beef with E!Online's Marc Malkin, who writes:

Talk about hell's kitchen!

Sounds like things got a little heated the other day over at Peter Facinelli and Jennie Garth's house—and I'm to blame!

I recently posted some jokey comments Garth made to me during an interview about being "pissed off" that hubby Peter doesn't cook for her like he apparently does for his Twilight costars.

Mr. Facinelli cooked up a response to yours truly.

"Lets not try to make a 'meal' out of this," he wrote in an email. "My wife was joking. The reason I stopped cooking so much is because she's better at it. And most nights I take her out to eat anyway. She's not 'pissed off.' So lets not try to stir up some controversy where it doesn't exist."

I quickly offered to buy Facinelli and Garth dinner, but I never heard back from them...until yesterday.

My intrepid reporter Dahvi Shira caught up with Facinelli at last night's LG Rumorous Night party.

"Tell Marc I'm going to kick his ass," he said. "Tell him if I see him, I'm going to kick his ass."

Not to worry, Mr. Facinelli was joking.

With that out of the way, Dahvi then grilled him for New Moon scoop. He said the cast hangs out together all the time.

What kind of things do they like to do?

"Dinner at my house," Facinelli laughed. "Marc Malkin knows all about it."

International Hunky Vampire (& Human) Whereabouts Guide

Jaunted offers deets on where the Twilight Cast will be after Vancouver:

New York City. Robert Pattinson, who plays the 104-year-old virgin Edward Cullen, will be shooting the romance "Remember Me" directed by Allen Coulter ("Hollywoodland") and cowritten by "Rachel Getting Married"'s Jenny Lumet.

Chicago and the 'burbs. Kellan Lutz (Emmett) will be shooting the new "Nightmare on Elm Street" in the sleepy suburb of Barrington, Illinois -- and they could need some extra scared teenagers!

Vietnam. Jackson Rathbone (Jasper) will be shooting "The Last Airbender" for M. Night Shyamalan, in which he plays a stubborn teenage warrior opposite "Slumdog Millionaire"'s Dev Patel.

Los Angeles. Kristen "Bella Swan" Stewart will be in town in a few short weeks working on "The Runaways," a biopic of Joan Jett costarring Dakota Fanning who is also part of the Volturi.

Des Moines, IA. Harboring a secret crush on Billy Burke's Charlie Swan? Find him in the cornfields to shoot the domestic drama "Ticket Out" with Ray Liotta.

Eating Humble Pie for Breakfast: Michael Sheen is a Voracious Twitterer, and I owe him an apology

Mary G sent along a bunch of informative updates from Michael Sheen's Twitter, where Michael reveals that he's headed to Canada eventually and working his way through the Twilight Saga:
@michaelsheen sounds lovely. quick question on New Moon.. are you coming to Vancouver or only do Italy?
@m101349 vancouver.

@michaelsheen Hi Michael! What part of filming New Moon are you most looking forward to? New fan base? New actors to work with? Etc
@CamKayde Hmmm...not sure.Think I'm going to feel pretty old around all the young upstarts. I will try and scare them all with my red eyes.

@michaelsheenHave u read the Twilight Saga?Any ideas then how to bring Aro to life?:)
@Bella1840 Working my way through the books now

@michaelsheen ..your not in italy filming yet are you? R u excited?
@kellyprovence I am indeed. Excited that is as opposed to being in Italy.

@michaelsheen have you worked with any of the New Moon actors before?
@kellyprovence Not that I'm aware but met Robert at the Oscars
If you write to Michael, it's highly likely that he'll respond to you, unless you accuse him of being a faker, which is what I did before I realized what a prolific-Tweeter MS is:
@michaelsheen Michael Sheen, you seem far too preoccupied with New Moon to actually be Michael Sheen. Or are you truly that interested?
No response. Note to self: Nice job, you douchebag!

Dear Michael,

Not like you read my blog or anything, but I am SO sorry. After being fooled by one too many FakerAshleys & FauxKellans, my FauxTwitter-radar is broken.

I loved you in Frost/Nixon!

Dali, A Potential Soundtrack Gig & Being Mistaken for a Bum: Cool RPattz Interview!

I enjoyed Scott Huber's Fandango interview with Robert Pattinson so much, that I'm posting the whole shebang here. It's chock full o' nuggets:

Fandango: There was the showy, intentionally bizarre public Dalí and then there is his art, which should be taken very seriously. Have you thought about that as it applies to your own work?
Pattinson: Yeah. He had a fanatical control over how he was perceived. But now it's really out of control – out of your control. Your public image just seems to be in the hands of faceless strangers. You see these stories come up all the time and you're like, “Jesus. How do you know…?”

Fandango: Is it harder playing a real person, as opposed to playing the fictional Edward Cullen who had his story laid out in black and white?
Pattinson: I think in a lot of ways it's kind of the same. You're still playing fiction even though you're playing a real character. It's the same kind of approximation of somebody. The only thing that you can take from the book is the general outline, the mood changes, the emotional changes and development. I'm not playing it exactly as it is in the book.

Fandango: Dalí was a famed surrealist and no doubt you’ve had your share of surreal experiences in the last few months – like fans screaming over cardboard cutouts of you at the video store.
Pattinson: I know! I was in a Blockbuster on the day it was being released. I had forgotten it was being released that day. There were two families who had come with eight- or nine-year old-daughters to get their DVD. They were standing in the line crying and I stood watching what all this commotion was about. They didn’t know I was there or anything. I was just thinking “Wow, you’re crying about a DVD.” It’s fascinating.

Fandango: And you never revealed yourself to them?
Pattinson: No way! [laughs]

Fandango: Do you and your castmates try to top each other with the wild post-fame encounters you’ve had?
Pattinson: In a lot of ways they are all quite similar. The funny thing is that I’m always going around trying to look as inconspicuous as possible I find that people are always really disappointed when they actually recognize me. They are like ‘”Oh! At first I thought you were a bum but then I realized who you were.”

Fandango: You’re just getting started shooting New Moon. How are things going?
Pattinson: The interesting thing about this one is that so much of my character is in Bella’s head. It’s based on a mixture of memories and nightmares. Bella thinks she is going mad. I get to do some really creepy stuff. In other words, Bella is really frightened of [her hallucinations]. It’s really, really different than Twilight. I think that a lot of people will be kind of scared by this one. I wanted to try and put that into Twilight but I couldn’t really find a way to make Edward scary.

Fandango: How is working with the new director, Chris Weitz?
Pattinson: He’s a great guy. He’s very, very talented, and articulate. I guess it must be kind of stressful for him to take this on. It’s got so much expectation. He just seems very calm about everything.

Fandango: What was it like attending the Academy Awards for the first time?
Pattinson: I got there and then I’m sitting in the second row. It was unbelievable. I keep thinking that something terrible is going to happen. “Death” is the only thing I’m thinking the whole time. I just used up all my luck so I’m probably going to die at 23 or something.

Fandango: Did you discover that any of the hugely famous stars that were there were actually fans of Twilight, or their kids love the movie?
Pattinson: Robin Wright Penn came up to me. I thought that was kind of amazing after her husband had just won Best Actor. That was very, very surreal.

Fandango: You contributed a couple of songs to the Twilight soundtrack. Are you still pursuing music, and will you be doing more for New Moon?
Pattinson: I’m in talks to do a soundtrack for another movie, composing. I cannot say what it is yet, but I really, really, really want to do. I don’t think I’m going to have anything on New Moon, but never say never.

Fandango: And next you might be doing Memoirs, which has been described as a story of two star-crossed lovers trying to overcome family tragedies.
Pattinson: That will hopefully happen. It’s not finalized yet. It’s a great script and it’s something different from anything I’ve done before. I was in New York working on rewrites the other day with Jenny [Lumet, screenwriter of Rachel Getting Married]. It seemed like its going to be really, really, really good.

Fandango: Finally, for many people, Dalí became known as the artist with the crazy mustache and today you're the actor with the wild hair. Did you recognize the parallel in the hirsute trademarks?

Pattinson: [laughs] I didn't think about that, but it's funny because people are still bringing up my hair, even though I cut it off to make it different. That is quite funny. God. I hope that I don't get known for that for the rest of my life.

Awesome Peter Interview: No Boob-grab in New Moon & other Filming Details

I love this interview with Peter Cullen -- oops, I mean, Facinelli, because he reveals what scenes the Cullens have already filmed for New Moon:
"Well, nothing's shot in order but we've shot the…let's see…the birthday scene. We've shot that. And we've the voting scene. I'm not going to tell you what we all voted, but read the book. What else did we shoot? I shot stitching up Bella which was a lovely little scene. I pretty much mostly almost finished. I have a couple other shots to do in May and then we're done."
Also, Peter ran into Stephenie Meyer at Disneyland recently!
I saw Stephenie Meyer at Disneyland. We went to Disneyland – just randomly went to Disneyland with my family and we both were eating dinner at the [Blue] Bayou restaurant, you know, Pirates of the Caribbean. And it was so odd. She walked over and I was like, 'This is too coincidental.' But, I should have told her, 'You know, why did you take the Cullens out of the second book so much?' I did tell her, 'You know what? I'm a little upset I didn't get to go to Italy.' I said, 'Carlisle could have shown up in Italy.'"

Peek-a-Boo! Taylor Pics I Missed Because I Need to Pay My Bills

Lainey Gossip featured more Taylor news today while I was being a peon at the office:
Sunday he and his dad hooked up for a friendly lunch with a girl he used to work with back in the Nickelodeon days. Vancouver is a major production hotspot right now! The girl was accompanied by her mother who is also her publicist. Needless to say, mom/publicist was hoping she could hitch a ride onto Taylor who now, as you know, has earned a very high profile.

This is why the four of them were walking around downtown that afternoon trying to attract attention, practically flailing their arms around until the paps were notified. And so they came. And then Taylor’s dad and no-name girl’s mom (what’s she called? no clue, don’t care) tried to get out of the way to encourage the two being shot together.

Don’t worry about drama. There is no drama. Selena is a Disney child. She knows the business, she understands how this business works. Taylor is learning too.

Because the next day, Monday, as soon as his photos with Selena dropped and made a huge splash, suddenly he was all camera shy. Not 24 hours before, he was walking around downtown Vancouver, happily promoting a friend (this girl has the makings of a new Shelfy Biel, non?) and the next day his dad and trainer are all pap-phobic and escaping.
See more pics of Taylor with this girl-i-can't-name and other photos of him camera-shy over at Lainey Gossip.

KStew & RPattz Make People's Most Beautiful of 2009

MTV reports that both Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson made the cut for People's 100 Most Beautiful People of 2009:
The Twilight star, 22, says he doesn't quite understand his heartthrob status – or the fuss about his signature tousled do. "I don't get it. It's funny, you look the same for years and no one ever mentions it. Then suddenly it's a big deal."

Be Robert Pattinson's Leading Lady in 'Remember Me'

If scoring a spot in Twilight didn't suit, maybe you can try out for 'Remember me'.
Summit Entertainment, the production company behind The Twilight Saga films, is currently in pre-production for a new project titled Remember Me, and Robert Pattinson will be starring in the film. Remember Me is shooting this summer in New York while the actor is between Twilight sequels New Moon, which wraps at the end of May, and Eclipse, which starts in August.

A female lead is in the process of being cast, while Rachel Getting Married writer Jenny Lumet and Will Fetters have finished the latest draft of the screenplay. Summit co-chairman and CEO Patrick Wachsberger described the film as this generation’s Love Story.

KStew & Dakota Fanning Starring Together in Cutlass (Better Version)

I'd posted Cutlass back at the beginning of March, but here is a much better quality version of this short film, of which EW writes:
Since not everyone can experience the downtown Manhattan hootenanny known as the Tribeca Film Festival in person, the folks at said fest have arranged for four short films to be available at the YouTube Screening Room. One of these shorties is Cutlass, a 16-minute interlude written and directed by Kate Hudson. It stars Kristen Stewart, Virginia Madsen, Dakota Fanning, Kurt Russell, and Chevy Chase, and it's a devastatingly heartwarming story of the lifelong bond parents share with their children...when they buy stuff. Okay, fine. Perhaps I'm being a tad glib. Here's the story: Madsen plays a mom whose daughter (Fanning) covets a $1,200 vintage guitar, which reminds her of the time her 1970s self (Stewart) convinced her pops (Russell) to help her buy her very first car from a man named Stan (Chase). The production value is sky-high -- check out the lighting on Stewart in particular; girl looks gorgeous! -- and obviously, Hudson has a leg-up on most first-time filmmakers when it comes to casting famous folks.
Thanks, Twilight Times!

Tattoos, etc: Jackson is a Lost Boy + Octomom is not a TwiCrack Addict

Very cool Inked interview with Jackson where he talks about his tattoo:
I only have one right now, but I definitely plan on getting more. My friends and I were kind of the bad kids in school, the troublemakers. We went to Interlochen Arts Academy, this really great boarding school in Michigan, and there were six of us who were always acting out against authority. The school administration was like, "Stay away from those boys-they're ‘Lost Boys,'" so that's what everyone called us. When I was 18, I got a tattoo that says, "I'm lost."
Read the rest here.

Also, while in the subject of tattoos, Radaronline.com has an interview with Octomom, where Octomom reveals that she has no idea what Twilight is while waiting to get her 8th tattoo. (See video around :57)

Love Custard, etc.

Jenny Jerkface made me cry tears of laughter today by posing the questions about Breaking Dawn you *know* you were wondering about, but didn't dare ask.

Read what she has to say at TwiTarded about Vampire McLovin -- but just a warning, it's for mature audiences only (which is just gonna make you all want to look even more...).

P.S. I will never look at custard the same way.

Cameron Bright gets to kiss Dakota Fanning on the Cheek in their 1st scene + Won't be Going to Italy

Cameron Bright reveals to Vancouver Sun that he's been affected by Twilight mania since the day he was cast:
"It's going to be kind of weird," admits the Nanaimo actor who confesses he had to be dragged to see Twilight, the first in a series of movies based on Stephenie Meyer's popular romantic teenage vampire novels.

"All the guys were saying, 'It's a chick movie,' but it was really good," Bright recalls. "I'm glad to be a part of it."

No sooner had news reports surfaced about Bright joining the New Moon cast headlined by Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner and Michael Sheen than he began getting text messages from his friends.

"Even if you're in it for five minutes, you're huge," says the Victoria-born actor who made his debut in a Telus commercial. "You're revered."
Of Dakota Fanning, Cameron had the following to say about meeting her at the Critic's Choice Awards in LA a couple of years ago:
"She didn't know who I was, so when I introduce myself and go, 'Hey, do you remember me?' she'll probably say no," he says, adding he should get to know her quickly on the Vancouver set. "In our first scene I get to kiss her on the cheek."

Since his scenes are interiors, he won't be joining her when exterior Volturi sequences are shot in Tuscany, however.
Inneresting. Will the Volturi show up in Vancouver soon? :-)

Peter Facinelli Talks Night Shoots & Boob-Grabbing

People.com caught up with Peter at the Ghosts of Girlfriends Past premiere:
"I love night shoots. Everybody else is [tired] by like two, three in the morning, which is weird because I'm the old guy!" Facinelli tells PEOPLE at the Los Angeles premiere of Ghosts of Girlfriends Past on Monday night.

"They should be the ones that should be like party hardy all night long," jokes the 35-year-old of his young costars including Robert Pattinson, 22, Kristen Stewart, 19, and 17-year-old Taylor Lautner. "At five in the morning I was like, 'I could go another 10 hours!' And they were like, 'Crash!' "
Also, Peter spoke of preparing for his upcoming role in Nurse Jackie:
Next up, Facinelli will play another kind of doctor in Nurse Jackie, a Showtime dramady debuting in June. How did he prepare to play the "quirky" character, who inappropriately grabs costar Edie Falco? "I did do a whole class on boob grabbing!" he says with a laugh. What did wife Jennie Garth think about that? He teases, "[I told her], 'You're my test subject!' "

Jamie Campbell Bower Needs a Belt

Radaronline.com interviewed Laura of His Crooked Smiles (and Team Solomon) about Jamie Campbell Bower's band's concert:
Twilight Devotee Laura tells us that Campbell Bower rocked the house (which seems to be a trend for males in the franchise), and also rocked some low-sitting denim.

"He was playing the guitar like nobody's business," Laura says, "[but} I really wanted him to pull up his jeans!"

Despite the plumber wardrobe, the young star (of Sweeney Todd fame) graciously posed for fan pictures after his set.

"He seemed really flattered...like, 'Wow, I'm really famous.'"

Cliff Notes: Meet the New New Moon Cast

Where you've seen him: In Smallville, Stargate: Atlantis, and Supernatural. This guy likes his TV!

In New Moon: Marcus can read relationships, which is handy when you're a leader of an ancient vampire clan. Nothing gets past him.

Verdict: Mean-looking and intimidating, he'll be great as bored, menacing Marcus.

ReelzChannel has a couple of awesome rundowns of who's who in New Moon, like the one above. Check out both the New Wolf Pack Guide and the Volturi Guide.
