Following in my "Lorabell snaps New Moon promo around London" posts (at Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus) I finally managed to get a pic of a New Moon bus on Regent's Street!
There's also a wolfpack version but they move too fast for me to retrieve my camera-phone out of my bag *grumble*
- Lorabell
P.s. Other things I get up to in London... dressed at Victoria... on Halloween. There are other photos where I'm all "Grrr!" but I'll save you those... don't judge ;)
Am I living on a bubble on my NYC island - I haven't seen any "New Moon" posters except for the huge one on the Toys "R" Us building in Times Square.
ReplyDeleteYou are so lucky Ms. Lorabell, so lucky.
Freaking awesome!
ReplyDeleteI want to live in England ):
I'm going to college there
Great photo Lorabell for a quick one!! Wish I could see this on my way home--all I see is darkness and traffic:((
ReplyDeleteThe only promotion I've seen is the Coming Soon poster in Cineplex.. I haven't even seen a TV spot on the actual TV yet either.. :(
ReplyDeletei see TV spots all the time!!! its weird. i freeze and watch them. Everybody has to stop and watch in my house lol. They should be used to it...i did the sanme thing last year for twilight lol
ReplyDeleteNice! Totally jealous... : )
ReplyDeleteAww I wish we had stuff like that, that's awesome. I'm just now seeing commercials, and yes I screamed like a fourteen year old >.> LoL
ReplyDeleteI've seen the Volturi poster in bus shelters and the one with Edward, Jacob and Bella in the woods in the subways here in Toronto.
ReplyDeletewtf my theater didn't get that standie!!!!! i would totally take it home after the movie came out!!!! i'm waiting for us to get a big banner.. one of the other managers took the twilight one last year!!!
ReplyDeleteYes, these busses have been putting a smile on my face while walking home from my job in Kentish Town! It's always a nice suprise seeing them driving around somewhere!
ReplyDeleteHey we saw a 'New Moon' bus in London last night on the way to see Russell Brand at the Royal Albert Hall.
ReplyDeleteRussell even did a joke about Rob, Twilight & the VMA's in his set last night.....something very crude about the benefits of having a vampire boyfriend when it's your 'time of the month'....went down well with the audience tho - even a few screams when he mentioned Rob (not from me may I add, I was trying to behave myself!)
Had this been me seeing that bus I probably would have gotten run over or trampled on as I stood there in a Rob haze!!! And let's face it, that kind of death would only really be worth it if it had been Rob in person. ;)
ReplyDeleteThank you Lorabell for being able to stay composed and think quick on your feet for us!
The little video at the grocery store checkout keeps running Jimmy Fallon doing an impersonation of Robward making fun of his exploding fame. love you Jimmy F., but seriously dumb! Russell's bit sounds way better!!!
I saw the wolfpack version on my why home from school today! There was a group of about 8 girls in front of me who must've only been 13 or 14 and they started screaming (literally SCREAMING) when it went past.
ReplyDeleteIf I wasn't a lot older than them AND on my own, I probably would've too. :D
