Hands up if you like fiesty KStew!

EW sat down with Rob and Kristen during the last week of Eclipse and tried to get to the bottom of all the relationship rumours:

Stewart got nicely fired up. “I probably would’ve answered it if people hadn’t made such a big deal about it...
There’s no answer that’s not going to tip you one way or the other. Think about every hypothetical situation: ‘Okay, we are. We aren’t. I’m a lesbian.’ I’m just trying to keep something,” she said. “If people started asking me if I was dating Taylor, I’d be like ‘F— off!’ I would answer the exact same way.”
Without missing a beat, Pattinson looked at Lautner, promising “Me too.”

Lol, oh Rob!

  1. :D and yes, I love fiesty KStew! I would be the same way!

  2. I love Rob's sense of humor! And fiesty Kristen rocks! I so want them to really be together!

  3. Haha hilarious! I love it that she speaks her mind, she's fab! :) xx

  4. I like her fiesty, but I have read several different articles from her just today where she drops the F-bomb at least three times. It is possible to be fiesty and classy at the same time, no F-bombs necessary!

  5. and I would respond in exactly the same way. They are entitled to a private life, it's a shame that a lot of people don't respect that :(

  6. I love her, and I would be the same way. Everyone wants some privacy, it's sad. I do think they are cute together though ;)

  7. @Sara: I'm with you in theory but have been reading far too much fanfic to keep my vocab squeeky ;)

  8. I think she needs to drop the f-bombs to make a point after being harassed for so long about their relationship. Go Kristen!

  9. I'm totally Team KStew, I love me some fiesty!

However...I think she just outed that relationship! YAY! LOL

  10. I'm with Heidi and candy-003 on this one!!!

  11. That is beyond an awesome quote..I actually like her more for it go figure..hilarious especially with his Me too..LOL

  12. HAHAHAHA! Go Rob!

I love it when Kristen gets fired up. I think that, not only is she protective of her privacy, but she's feircly protective of her friendships as well. Rob doesn't react the same as Kristen, so I think she goes for the throat, so to speak, for both of them.

  13. Rob is hilarious and I totally get that she should have a right to her privacy (to be honest, it bugs me that every little detail of a celebrities life seems to become "news worthy" to some people - no joke, I mean people were writing articles about the fact one of the Jonas Brothers cut his hair like last week).

BUT! In saying that, if she has such a problem with people speculating about the answer to that question, why not just answer? Then if people continue to hound her about it, her being pissed off is a bit more justified - I mean, pretty much every famous person gets asked the "are you dating anyone?" question or something along those lines and they handle it a lot better than she does.

The more she dodges the question, the more fuel she's adding to the fire and the more rumours she's allowing to be spread. If she outright said they were or they weren't (or she was a lesbian, haha) then people would lose interest eventually, it's the "are they or aren't they" thing that keeps it all going, if she hates the attention so much then why make it worse then bitch about it later? Makes no sense.

If she just wants to "keep something", as she put it then she can, whether she is dating Rob or not shouldn't be a big deal, but she's making it into one and what is so great about keeping whether they're an item or not a secret if all the speculation pisses her off so much? It's kind of like someone sticking there hand in a fire then complaining about the fact they got burned.

Fiesty? Yes. Childish? Also yes... at least that's how it came across.

Really, I don't care if they're dating or not, I don't know either of them personaly so it wouldn't affect me either way, it's just kind of annoying seeing all the stupid rumours everywhere (magazines, youtube, message boards, comments, gossip blogs) and then the Robsten shippers take all the rumours as proof (and it's kind of funny that people that *love* Rob and Kristen so much will buy into all that crap and fuel the rumours when it's obvious that it pisses Rob and Kristen off, it's not really showing much respect to either of them).

Jeez, I tend to get a bit rambly when I comment here, I'm too opinionated for my own good. :]

  14. I like fiesty Kristen, but cringed when I read the full article - there's a part when Rob tries to interject in a more rational reason for thier wishes, but she cuts him off and doesn't allow him to talk. It really hit me... he's a peace-maker, and peace-makers usually get dumped on in relationships. Fiesty ones make peace-makers' lives stressful, something Rob certainly doesn't need. And I'm thinking now for sure that she's the one who wants to keep it all a secret. @lanna is right, it's only making things worse. I actually think it could calm down some of the crazy teenage girls if they knew Rob was officially no longer "single". Right now he's potentially available in all their minds.
