Vroom, vroom: Kellan Zips Around Town on a Scooter wearing a wife-beater

Gossip Center has some pics of Kellan riding around on a scooter yesterday. He reminds me of the fake police officer who showed up to dance at my friend's bachelorette party a cop for some reason. Couldn't you picture him in Chips (if you were born before 1980)? hehe.
