ReplyDeleteHis legs don't even look like they belong to him in that photo. So, so many things wrong with this whole photo session. Thankfully, he matured, got hairy, and grew into those legs!
ReplyDeleteHi, I think his mom organised these photo-shootings for him. She worked or is still working as an agent in a modelling agency - fashion-models!
ReplyDeleteSo it was not that far-fetched that when a young boy was needed, she asked her son to do the job. He earned some money with it until he was 15. Then when his androgyn phase was over - too much body hair growing anyway - he started his career as an actor - he played Shakespeare roles on stage - he acted in different films - and he got roles, because he was the born actor. As Katherine Hardwicke had said in several interviews: He is just absolutely photogene and a professional actor who takes his job seriously.
There is no messing around.
I was shocked when I heard the other day that an American reporter "Claudia Puig (???) was writing a most ridiculous report about "Little Ashes" an Rob's acting in this film in May. I read it - it was just incredibly stupid what she wrote. So people are emotionally packed with either love or aggression and forget to see that this young man has already had a very intersting career before he was casted for Twilight (How to be! - look at his performance - just great!!!! And that boy is Rob, too!!!).

ReplyDeleteAll I can say is thanks for keeping the pic tiny - lol!! and I'm glad I don't have my glasses on or my contacts in... I am not even going to try to squint it, either... but whatever - all these things he did when he was younger brought him to where he is today so it's all good. that said, I hope nobody finds any more outtakes from this teen shoot. maybe from the GQ shoot next time, pretty please ("with Robert Patinson on top" - lol)? can we make that happen?? I would pay good money for those... sigh...

He is, to some degre!But just listen to his interviews, listen to his thoughts, listen to his life, to his one-hundred-and-a-thousand-stories - and you will just learn that he is worth while every little second of admiration, every little bit of attention...
Just keep loving him, keep admiring him... he is worth it...

ReplyDeleteYes it's not a good picture to say the least. But take it easy on Robby-poo, he looks so strange probably because he was going through puberty. And everyone has awkward stages in their life. His is just documented to the world.

ReplyDeleteHave a heart, people. He was very young in this pic - check his hands. And I read he wears a size 10 shoe -- that's not huge by any means. He's a tall guy. He was modeling -- he had to pose the way they wanted to pose him, so don't make gender allegations based on a modeling assignment. His mom probably got him into this through her agency. He said himself they wanted male models who looked "androgynous." Well, he looked androgynous back then -- not now. Way to embarrass the poor guy !
