At first I was thinking she might have stepped on a sharp shell or cut her heel on a barnacle on the pier. I've cut my heel on a barnacle and that shit hurts!
That was a fantastic smartass comment by Kristen. Or maybe she did mishear the paparazzi, because of his accent. I thought he asked "How's you uncle?" too. Ha ha.
I seriously thought he was saying how's your unkle too, I don't think she was being a smart ass (it would be ok if she was, 'cause I love Kristen anyway).
I also heard that she twisted her ankle and that's why she wore her converse shoes to the MTV Movie Awards. I'd bet she did it during her running scenes in Italy. I also noticed in some Italy and MTV pictures that she skinned up the underside of her right forearm.
