RPattz's Busy Shoot Schedule Stalling Setting of Breaking Dawn Start Date

BD is a go?? EW.com shares that RPattz is committed to Breaking Dawn:

Robert Pattinson has confirmed that he'll star in Breaking Dawn, the fourth movie in the Twilight franchise -- he just doesn't know when. In Cannes, before heading to Italy to shoot the final four days on New Moon, the actor told The Hollywood Reporter that Summit Entertainment hasn't been able to set a start date for the final film because of his busy schedule. His plate includes shooting a romantic drama for the studio, Remember Me (formerly known as Memoirs); then wrapping the third Twilight film, Eclipse, this fall; and then joining Hugh Jackman and Rachel Weisz on the set of Madeleine Stowe's directorial debut, Unbound Captives, perhaps as early as year's end.

Thanks, Erin! :-)

  1. A. What an amazing fan video! WOW!
    B. Here's where I date my self further: I love how they used the "Kissing you" and "O Verona" from the Romeo + Juliet (1996) score.
    C. That's awesome that we've got confirmation re: BD.

  2. D. The kissing under water also reminded me of Romeo + Juliet (1996)

  5. It seems like Rob will be working nearly non-stop for the next 6-9 months. I hope that he handles it OK and doesn't end up getting into trouble burning the candle at both ends. He is so young for all of this ...

  6. Heh. No worries Juju, I've got both the first and second soundtracks to R+J. Loud and proud and all that. Still have reservations re: BD and Renesmee. How on earth can they pull that role off?

  7. erin- my thoughts exactly. as much as i'm dying to see BD, i just can't imagine how they'll pull of renesmee without it being cheesy.

  8. Thank you Erin! I have both soundtracks too :) I completely understand your reservations. Reneesme will definitely be a challenge. Good luck to the casting person who has to cast her in all her ages.

  9. I also have reservations about BD and Reneesme. I would imagine though that they will use the wonderful world to technology like they are going to do with Jacob and like they did in Benjamin Button. They did a pretty good job in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button which makes me feel better when it comes to the issue of Reneeseme, but BD will still be hard to pull off.

  10. This video was great! What are the movie clips with Kristen in? Besides Twilight.

  11. The video was very good. I enjoyed the ocean scenes the most. I just want to see Edward as a Dad. I got mad at the fact that in BD Stepheni gave Jake and Rose more Renesmee time then her own father. I wish we got to see Edward with the baby more. Maybe it was just me.

  12. I won't belived it until Summit makes it official!!! But it's good to know that Rob still on for the whole saga. I just hope they don't wait long...I think they'll make the official announcement next year let's say in the summer maybe just like they did this year. I love this fan made trailer!! This book is the most important book!! The wedding, Renessmee and Bella becoming a vampire is the most exiting thing! I don't care if the movie last 3 hours like Titanic but they need to finish the saga!! (Excuse my writing but I'm not used to write in English very often hehe)

  13. Just the fact that they are saying the name Reneesme (or however you spell it) out loud will make the movie unintentionally cheesy. I know everyone is dead set on things staying true to the book, but if they could just change that ridiculous name I'll be all for BD.

I love 'Kissing You' that is so going to be my first dance song at my next wedding.

  15. geez ppl have some hope! and srry PINKY, but if they change renesme's name it just wont be the same. besides they mostly called her nessie in the book. and i a totaly cool with a 3 hour movie too Ismarie. :P

  16. I agree with Hayley. Movie magic can make anything happen, just have a little hope. And maybe it's just me, but the name Renesmee is sweet.

Like the goddess herself, Stephenie Meyer said she "couldn't call her Jennifer or Ashley. What do you name the most unique baby in the world? I looked through a lot of baby name websites. Eventually I realized that there was no human name that was going to work for me..."
