They are the comfort zone that he needs, ( all stars need) they plan what and where he goes and does, and since he is very nervous, they guide him in what to say and where to stand and what to do. It’s a wild mob scene out there. When you are a star you have your manager and agent with you at all times. They schmooze, while you do the parading yourself and selling your self gig. It looks like he feels very comfortable with them and so far they did a great job navigating his budding career.
I think the blonde lady is the manager? I don't know exactly, but someone should remind her that you should really sunbathe in a strapless bathing suit if you are planning on wearing a strapless dress! Rob is looking fantastic in that tux though...yum.
The blonde lady is his agent Stephanie Ritz from Endeavour Agency and the short dark haired guy his his agent (jerry Maguire) The big dude he is Rob's Fists! haha
Okay, I know this is a little off topic, but concerning the first pic. Do none of them have manners? I mean not one of them thought that maybe they could help escort the woman in heals and a dress down the steps. Yes, I know she is his agent...yes, I know they are not there for her...yes,I know that she is an independent career woman---but still. Bothers me for some reason.
