Rachelle Fights Back When Twilight is Attacked on Free Radio

Just saw this video on Twilight Lexicon, where Rachelle drops by Free Radio, only to have host Lance Krall rip the Twilight movie a new one for not following vampire rules.

  1. What an a-hole!

Many props to Rachelle for handling it the way she did. She looked like she was ready to rip HIM a new one!

    GRRRRRR!!!

When was this, btw? Was it during the promotion for the movie in theaters? Or the DVD release? I wonder if Rachelle regretted participating after having to go through that.

  4. WHAT A JERK!
WTF DOES IT MATTER IF THE VAMPIRES IN TWILIGHT AREN'T LIKE THE ONES IN THE MYTHS.. THE CULLENS ARE WAY BETTER! The way the vampires are in the Twilight saga makes them mysterious.. wich I love.. :)

  6. what a f** i guess he is so jealous of the beautiful vampires in twilight, what an idiot say that. The only vampires I'm in love with are in twilight because are the only ones young and beautiful and capables to love and fight for a human as*****

  7. free radio is a show on vh1, this episode will air this thurs at 11p est...it's about a radio show intern who gets his own morning show "moron in the morning" (you can tell he's gonna be a douche by the show's name)and he pretty much ranks on all his guests. i believe the scenes in the booth are unscripted, the guests really have no idea what's gonna happen. it's a pretty funny show, the guests know it's all in good fun :)

  8. Okay, I guess you guys don't understand the premise of this show. It's not actually a radio show. It's just a television show. It's kind of like The Office. It's a comedy.
It's basically improve. It's semi-scripted in that they set up what they want to happen and then when the camera starts they just roll with it. The guest stars are in on the joke. Calm Down.

  9. God, what a jerk. Dude, this movie isn't even about vampires, it's a love story built around vampires and werewolves. But the love story is, in my opinion, what carries it through. It's about wanting what you can't have, and love love love. Movies are supposed to be about imagination, new things, new concepts, pushing the envelope. I'm not a fan of vampire movies, but the Twilight saga it's awesome and kudos for Stephenie Meyer for creating a different vampire.

  10. i know that this show is a joke and meant to be funny but I don't think that Rachelle knew about the joke because she looked livid and I love her even more now.

  11. Wow...what a jerk. I feel for his co-host who has to deal with him every day. Couldn't pay me enough.

Bravo, Rachelle for showing what a classy lady she is for showing grace and restraint by NOT shoving all four volumes down his throat....or up somewhere else....which is what I would want to do.

    Butthead.

  14. woah. that dude's got issues. has he ever heard of imagination? what's the point of making a book about vampires if your just gonna *follow the rules* and go by the *vampire manual* or whatever he has in mind. honestly, i think this dude wants some attention and the only way he thinks hes gonna do it is by squawking about the hottest movie around right now.

  15. Okay. I feel better since hearing this is a tv show and all semi-scripted. I also feel better for Rachelle since she was in on the joke.

It's a kind of comedy that I'm not into, therefore I won't be watching it, but hopefully this spot will help give Twilight some additional attention from the non-fanatical public. :)

  16. he's kind of right in a way, but still I love twilight no matter what

  17. He kinda has a point. But the fun of fictional things is that they're FICTIONAL! An author can tweak the characters and myths to however they see fit. One of the reason (apart from Edward) is that it was refreshing to read about Steph's take on vampires, it was exciting to learn about the different things. I personally think a lot of the stereotypical vampire lore is kinda boring and over done. That's why Twilight is was breath of fresh are for me =)
