Stephenie Meyer's Craptastic Book Covers that she made herself are featured on her website. Stephenie cites Steven Strait as her preferred Jacob actor and even put him on her just-for-fun Eclipse book cover!Personally, I'd be happy to see Steven Strait as Jacob. Based on this cool fanpop artwork that I found here, Steven looks appropriately 'wolfy' to me!

ReplyDeleteThis is *Sam* again. Taylor is kinda small bodied and Steven is older, taller, and buffer:) now with rob, he is not cute. He is good at acting,but his body does compete with edward's in the book, and his voice is squeaky and too feminine. (and stephanie and directors: you need more details in the movies cause they don't compare with the books)
ReplyDeleteya sam WAS right about the whole small bodied thing... until taylor put on all the muscle that made him look even sexier than usual (if thats even possible) he is amazingly gorgeous, as is steven, but he kinda makes the movie for me. im team jacob, and the decision for casting taylor was PERFECT in my opinion.

ReplyDeleteYes, the description of Edward on the books does not match rob. i mean, i imagine more regal (and a lot more good looking) guy than rob. no offense to rob fans out there. i think the producers or the casters shouldve read the description of each characters in the book very well. Taylor Lautner wouldve been the perfect actor to play Jacob, i mean he's got this wolfy aura, he's got the body..the thing is, he isn't tall enough. he should be at least around 6 feet. but all in all, i love jacob. im way all for jacob. he's way better than edward/rob.
